Chris Khater

fitness trainer

Growing up, I was always a leader on the sports field, playing soccer my entire life. I didn’t realize it about myself at the time, but I had a knack for motivating and pushing others to the next level, especially when it came to the Strength and Conditioning parts of practice. There were times when I would finish my 2-mile-run fitness test only to immediately return to the side’s of my teammates who had not yet reached the finish line, pushing and motivating them to help ensure that they passed the test as well.

As I grew older and became more in shape, all of my teammates and friends would come to my garage gym, and I would train them and get them in shape for the season. I then realized that this is what I am passionate about and want to do for a living.

I ended up studying Exercise Science in college and obtained my PT certification during my studies. I have over 10 years of experience training people in person. Then I decided to take my talents online so I could help and reach more people!

What drives my passion?

I was raised in the third world country of Lebanon. Growing up in a mountainous
farming village, I really got to see first hand what people had to do to put food on the
table. Farming and manual labor all day in the sun and heat just to make ends meet.
Our village had electricity for only certain times, intermittently turning on and off
throughout the day. I remember having to boil water to take a hot bath in the winter, and
rolling around restlessly at night time in the summer because there was no air
conditioning system. At the age of 14, a war broke out in the country. Our family stayed
in the war-zone for 4 weeks before we had the opportunity to get out and come to the
US. Luckily, we had our US passports and were able to get evacuated with the US

military from the capitol of Lebanon, Beirut.

When I got to the US, I realized how lucky and privileged I was to have the chance at a
better life in a stable and secure country. It broke my heart to know most people back
home would never get this chance. I had something called perspective now. All of this

drives me and fuels me to be the best I can be for my clients.

Lets transform!
